Roasted Vegetable Filo Pie, Chickpea Cous Cous, Steamed Garlic Greens & Lemon Yoghurt
In haste - our son turns 24 tomorrow, an impossible sentence to write, how on earth can this be? But it is, and because he and his girlfriend are off up that London tomorrow we are all going out this evening to celebrate. How can I have been a parent for nearly a quarter of a century.
Here are some new things - a return to Weekend Wonders, I do hope you enjoy the recipes shared below - please let me know! All thoughts welcome. Plus a whole new recipe format with thanks (I think) to Substack - again, I would really value your thoughts on how this new layout works for you - would you still like a printable PDF?
